all types of tickets can be bought with the use of street vending machines supporting Cracow City Card (Krakowska Karta Miejska),
one-time tickets, fixed-time tickets, day tickets, group and family tickets can be purchased at Municipal Transport Company traffic control points, at termini,

one-time, fixed-time, and day tickets can be purchased at the newsagent's and post offices, as well as in various other commercial points,

one-time tickets, regular or discount, and day/hourly tickets can be purchased from vending machines installed in all low-floor trams of the NGT-6 type and in certain other trams and buses (there is around 150 such vehicles) or from street vending machines supporting the Cracow City Card. Handling charge is not calculated for tickets purchased from vending machines. Detailed instructions on how to use the vending machine are on its housing.

one-time tickets for a single person, discount tickets and regular tickets can be bought from the driver of the vehicle and agglomeration tickets can be purchased only from drivers of vehicles of agglomeration lines. Handling charge is calculated for every ticket bought in the vehicle – it amounts to PLN 0.50 in the case of regular tickets and PLN 0.25 in the case of discount tickets. There is information concerning the rate of the charge printed on the ticket. Please prepare the exact amount before buying tickets from the driver.
